1. General Information
The information provided on this website, our landing pages, social-media accounts, advertisements, application forms and related communications is provided for general informational purposes.
JJ’s Blessed Hands Compassion Care (“JJ’s Blessed Hands,” “we,” “us” or “our”) makes reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate and current. However, website content may not reflect every client’s circumstances, every service limitation or current caregiver availability.
Nothing on this website creates a caregiver-client relationship, professional healthcare relationship or contractual obligation to provide services.
2. Non-Medical In-Home Support
JJ’s Blessed Hands provides non-medical in-home support.
Depending on an individual assessment and written service agreement, support may include:
- Assistance with bathing, grooming and dressing;
- Companionship;
- Heating and serving prepared meals;
- Medication reminders;
- Light upkeep of the client’s immediate living area;
- Observation and reporting of relevant changes; and
- Other agreed non-medical activities.
Unless expressly agreed in writing and delivered by a properly licensed professional, our services do not include:
- Medical diagnosis;
- Nursing assessment;
- Clinical treatment;
- Prescribing medication;
- Changing medication or dosage;
- Administering medication;
- Injections;
- Wound care;
- Medical procedures;
- Physiotherapy;
- Mental-health treatment;
- Emergency medical response; or
- Any activity that legally requires a licensed healthcare professional.
Our caregivers do not replace physicians, nurses, pharmacists, therapists or other qualified healthcare professionals.
3. Not Medical Advice
Information on this website is not medical advice and should not be treated as a diagnosis, treatment recommendation or substitute for professional healthcare.
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding questions about:
- A medical condition;
- Symptoms;
- Medication;
- Treatment;
- Nutrition;
- Mobility;
- Cognitive decline;
- Mental health;
- Changes in physical condition or behaviour; or
- Whether non-medical in-home support is appropriate.
Do not delay or disregard professional medical advice because of information found on this website or received through a general enquiry.
4. Not an Emergency Service
Our website, application form, email, WhatsApp number and social-media accounts are not emergency services and may not be monitored continuously.
Do not use these channels to report:
- A medical emergency;
- Immediate danger;
- A serious fall or injury;
- Difficulty breathing;
- Loss of consciousness;
- Suspected serious abuse or neglect;
- A missing person;
- A fire;
- A crime in progress; or
- Any urgent threat to life or safety.
If someone is in immediate danger or requires urgent medical assistance, contact the appropriate emergency service, healthcare provider or responsible local authority immediately.
Submitting an application or message does not notify emergency services and does not create a duty for JJ’s Blessed Hands to monitor or respond to an emergency.
5. Medication Reminders
Any medication-related support offered by JJ’s Blessed Hands is generally limited to reminding a client that it is time to take medication and making reasonable observations.
Unless legally authorised and separately agreed in writing, our caregivers do not:
- Prescribe medication;
- Recommend medication;
- Determine dosage;
- Change medication schedules;
- Dispense or administer medication;
- Force or persuade a client to take medication;
- Decide whether medication should be stopped; or
- Provide pharmaceutical advice.
Questions about medication should be directed to a physician, pharmacist, nurse or other appropriately qualified professional.
6. Applications and Assessments
Submitting a care application or enquiry:
- Does not guarantee acceptance;
- Does not guarantee caregiver availability;
- Does not reserve a service date or schedule;
- Does not guarantee an immediate response;
- Does not create a service agreement;
- Does not constitute a medical or nursing assessment; and
- Does not mean that the requested support can be provided safely.
We may require a consultation, home assessment, supporting information and signed Client Service Agreement before services begin.
We may decline or refer a request when:
- The individual’s needs fall outside our non-medical scope;
- The home environment presents an unreasonable safety risk;
- Suitable caregivers are unavailable;
- Required consent or authority has not been established;
- The requested service cannot be provided safely; or
- Another provider appears more appropriate.
7. Information Provided by Family Members
Family members and representatives are responsible for providing information that is accurate and complete to the best of their knowledge.
When submitting information about another person, you are responsible for ensuring that:
- You are authorised to share the information;
- Any necessary consent has been obtained;
- Important health or safety information is not withheld;
- Emergency contact information is current; and
- Relevant changes are promptly communicated to us.
We cannot be responsible for decisions or arrangements materially affected by inaccurate, incomplete or withheld information, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
8. No Guarantee of Results
JJ’s Blessed Hands aims to provide dependable and respectful support. However, we cannot guarantee a particular physical, emotional, medical or personal outcome.
Non-medical support cannot guarantee that a client will:
- Avoid illness or injury;
- Avoid falls;
- Take all medication;
- Eat every meal;
- Follow advice;
- Experience improved health;
- Avoid hospitalisation;
- Maintain independence;
- Avoid loneliness;
- Remain at home indefinitely; or
- Experience no decline in their condition.
Outcomes may be affected by medical conditions, personal choices, the actions of third parties, environmental risks and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. Observations and Family Updates
A caregiver may observe and report changes in a client’s appearance, mood, behaviour or physical condition.
These observations:
- Are not medical diagnoses;
- May be limited by the length and timing of the visit;
- Do not replace professional evaluation;
- May not identify every change or risk; and
- Should not be interpreted as confirmation that no medical problem exists.
Family members remain responsible for seeking appropriate professional or emergency assistance when needed.
10. Illustrative Images and Scenarios
Photographs, videos, graphics and scenarios used on our website or in advertising may be illustrative.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- People shown may be models;
- Images may not depict actual clients or caregivers;
- A scene may represent the general nature of support rather than an exact service;
- A displayed home may not be an actual service location; and
- Images do not guarantee a particular caregiver, environment or outcome.
Illustrative imagery will not change the written scope or limitations of our services.
11. Testimonials and Personal Experiences
Any testimonial, review or personal story reflects the experience and opinion of the person providing it.
Individual experiences vary. A testimonial does not guarantee that another client or family will experience the same result.
Testimonials should not be interpreted as medical claims or evidence that our services treat, prevent or cure a health condition.
12. Website Accuracy and Availability
Although we take reasonable care when preparing website content, we do not guarantee that every page will always be:
- Complete;
- Error-free;
- Current;
- Available without interruption; or
- Suitable for every individual situation.
Service descriptions, operating areas, schedules, fees and availability may change.
We may update or remove content without prior notice. Material terms governing an active client relationship will be addressed through the applicable Client Service Agreement rather than changed solely through this website.

14. Electronic Communications
Email, WhatsApp and social-media messages may not be secure, immediate or continuously monitored.
Messages may be:
- Delayed;
- Misaddressed;
- Intercepted;
- Viewed on a shared device; or
- Affected by technical failures.
Do not send passwords, banking credentials, complete payment-card details or unnecessary medical records through ordinary messages.
If a matter is time-sensitive, follow up using an appropriate contact method. For emergencies, contact the appropriate emergency service.
15. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits responsibility where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or other responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to those protections and to the extent permitted by law, JJ’s Blessed Hands is not responsible for losses arising solely from:
- Reliance on general website information instead of professional advice;
- Use of the website as an emergency communication channel;
- Inaccurate or unauthorised information submitted by a user;
- Temporary website or communication failures;
- Independent third-party websites or services;
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control; or
- Use of website content for purposes for which it was not intended.
Liability connected with actual care services will be determined by applicable law and the relevant Client Service Agreement.

Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to exclude mandatory consumer protections or legal rights that apply in a visitor’s country, state, province or territory and cannot lawfully be waived.

This Disclaimer should be read together with our:
- Privacy Policy;
- Terms and Conditions;
- Cookie notice, where applicable;
- Care application notices; and
- Client Service Agreement, where services are accepted.
If this Disclaimer conflicts with a signed Client Service Agreement concerning actual care services, the Client Service Agreement will govern that service relationship, subject to applicable law.
